Custom made dresses at the store in Hamburg
If you do not find your size at Stefan Eckert, you have the option of an individual customization. For this, the studio team determines your personal measurements. Subsequently, the preparation of a sample part takes place. Then the fit is checked. Only after the trial part fits perfectly against you will your garment be made.

Processing
Stefan Eckert runs his own studio in Hamburg. There, both the collection development and the production of his models take place. The processing techniques are based on the fine art of tailoring. Accordingly, all garments arise in precise manual work.
Sustainability
Since the founding of his eponymous label in 2009, Stefan Eckert has been practicing a sustainable corporate form. His vision of sustainability consists of two pillars – the responsibility towards man and nature.
Due to the not always comprehensible working conditions, Stefan Eckert does not produce clothes or materials in so-called low-wage countries. Likewise, cooperation with European suppliers is subject to strict criteria. For this, the designer regularly visits the production sites of his suppliers and is in constant contact with them. Especially regarding ecological innovations to the articles he uses.
The production of his dresses takes place exclusively through his own staff in Hamburg. At the same time, Stefan Eckert partly trains his employees to become tailors during a three-year apprenticeship.
